A Christian Marclay le gusta experimentar con discos, y no sólo con sus sonidos.

En The Design Inspiration recogen unos cuantos ejemplos de collages que ha realizado con portadas de discos. Ahora habría que escuchar qué hace con los discos con dichas portadas.

Hace unos días anunciaban en LoudTrax el libro “MOSH POTATOES – The Rock & Roll Cook Book”:

Dicen que estará a la venta a finales de año, con lo que es posible que coincida con “Drumming Up an Appetite with Vinnie Paul”, anunciado también hace poco en Metal Injection:

Paul’s cookbook is set to contain a wide variety of his favorite recipes, including everything from fajitas to his iniquitous stuffed jalapenos.

Quizás se esté convirtiendo en algún tipo de moda eso de escribir libros de cocina “jebis”, porque hace no demasiado se publicaba un libro que apuntaban en Bravewords.com de corte similar, “Hellbent For Cooking: The Heavy Metal Cookbook”:

En este artículo de Gamasutra se describe sin entrar en demasiado detalle un trabajo más complicado de lo que podría parecer:

Pequeña chorrada. La vi ayer y me hizo volver a escuchar “Suspicious Minds” [04m35s] y acordarme del vídeo de la versión de Fine Young Cannibals [03m58s].

Con todo el tiempo que me he pasado delante del ordenador este fin de semana quizás me hubiese venido bien un amplificador como el OPC de Orange Amps, para tener una razón más para hacer otras cosas:
